BPA-DualProof Advanced Waterproofing Protection System (Made by BPA) is a result of nearly one decade of development. The BPA-DualProof Family is designed for structural waterproofing of below grade concrete structures. BPA-DualProof is a composite waterproofing membrane which forms a permanent mechanical bond with freshly poured concrete preventing the tracking of water between the waterproofing membrane and the concrete sub-structure. BPA-DualProof is specifically designed for the waterproofing and protection of below ground reinforced concrete structures.
BPA-DualProof is used in all applications, where structures have to be protected against groundwater and seepage. For the waterproofing of foundations, basements, tunnels, garages and all other concrete constructions below grade. BPA-DualProof is highly effective and environmentally friendly alternative to bituminous products and coatings. BPA-DualProof can be also used in salt-water areas in order to protect the concrete structure.
Pre-applied fully bonded waterproofing membrane BPA-DualProof T® / C
The BPA-DualProof T® / C pre-applied fully bonded membrane system consists of our special non-woven Barritex® PP-Fleece, which is co-extruded with a highly flexible water and gas resistant PVC membrane. The manufacturing process is the secret which creates "absolutely watertight bonding with the fresh concrete". This self-adhesive bonding blocks any lateral water migration, even in the event of any local damage to the membrane. The Barritex® fleece is embedded completely into the fresh concrete and creates a full and durable mechanical bond between the PVC membrane layer of BPA-DualProof and the cured concrete. BPA-DualProof T / C is cold-applied and pre-applied, as it is installed without heat or open-flames, before the steel reinforcement is fixed and the concrete is poured. BPA-DualProof T / C is a new generation watertight sealing membrane.
Composite waterproofing membrane BPA-DualProof S®
The BPA-DualProof S® (self-healing) membrane system consists of our special non-woven Barritex® PP-Fleece, which is co-extruded with a highly flexible water and gas resistant PVC membrane. The unique characteristic of the DualProof S Barritex®-Fleece is a special polymer mix, including super absorber impregnated in the PP-Fleece which provides another level of waterproofing protection through is self healing properties. The mechanical bond of the BPA-DualProof S to the concrete prevents lateral waterflow behind the membrane from occurring.
BPA-DualProof S® is a membrane, that can be used both pre-applied and post-applied. When used as a post-applied membrane, the sealing effect is not achieved through the bond to the concrete but through the excellent sealing behaviour of the BPA-DualProof S® (self-healing) attained through two functions: the first sealing function lies in the high-density PVC-membrane, the second sealing function is only activated if the membrane is damaged and the incoming water activates the swelling non-woven geotextile. If water penetrates the PVC-membrane, the water reactive polymer swells thus creating an extremely tight, gel-like film which permanently seals the concrete structure.
pre-applied: BPA-DualProof S® is installed before the steel reinforcement is fixed and the concrete is poured, which creates an absolutely watertight bond with the fresh concrete.
post-applied: BPA-DualProof S® is installed subsequent to the concrete structure to be sealed.

The BPA-DualProof A / A+ pre-applied fully bonded membrane system consists of our special developed Barritex® PP-Fleece. It is co-extruded with a highly flexible water and gas resistant TPO / FPO membrane.
The bonding beetween the fresh concrete and our DualProof system, blocks any lateral water migration, even in the event of a local damage to the membrane. The Barritex® fleece is embedded completely into the fresh concrete and creates a full and durable mechanical bond between the TPO / FPO membrane layer of BPA-DualProof A / A+ and the concrete.

Barritex® WM17 is a fully and permanently bonded, waterproofing system. It consists of a highly flexible TPO/FPO membrane laminated with a non-woven PP-fleece. Barritex® WM17 is cold-applied and pre-applied, as it is installed without heat or open-flames, and before the steel reinforcement is fixed and the concrete is poured. Barritex® WM17 is used in all applications, where structures have to be protected against groundwater and seepage.
