The story

The Neufeldtunnel is 556m long and connects the motorway access Bern-Neufeld with the Tiefenaustrasse leading directly to Bern City. It was constructed as a cut and cover tunnel and has a U-shaped profile of reinforced concrete, which is placed on the concrete floor.
